VALUES Partners Meet in Malta for Second Transnational Meeting

On 18–19 September 2025, representatives from the VALUES partner organisations came together in Valletta, Malta, for the project’s second in-person transnational meeting.

Hosted at the Valletta Design Cluster, the meeting focused on progressing the project’s AI learning resources, reviewing dissemination and impact activities, and planning the next stages of implementation.

The first day focused strongly on the project’s educational outputs.

Partners began with WP3 – the AI Skills Self-Assessment Platform, led by The Vision Works. Discussions centred on the content of the self-assessment and the delivery of the platform.

Attention then moved to WP4 – Artificial Intelligence in Youth Education OERs, led by Momentum. Partners reviewed the assumptions and scope of the training resources before taking part in a dedicated brainstorming workshop to shape the content of the OERs.

The day also included a session on Quality Management and Impact, giving partners the opportunity to reflect on progress and ensure that the project’s activities continue to deliver meaningful results for young people and youth educators.

Looking ahead to dissemination and delivery

The second day focused on the wider implementation of VALUES.

Partners reviewed dissemination reporting and future communication plans, before moving into discussions on project management, financial matters and reporting requirements.

The Malta meeting provided an important opportunity for the partnership to review progress, strengthen collaboration and agree on the next steps for bringing the VALUES resources closer to young people and youth educators across Europe.

With the AI Skills Self-Assessment Platform and OERs moving forward, the meeting marked another key stage in the project’s work to support practical, responsible and ethical engagement with artificial intellige
